For each triangle, let's let the part on the x-axis be the base.
∆OPQ has a base of length 2 and a height of 2
Area = (base)(height)/2 = (2)(2)/(2) = 4/2 = 2
∆ORS has a base of length 4 and a height of 1
Area = (base)(height)/2 = (4)(1)/(2) = 4/2 = 2
So, we have:
Quantity A: 2
Quantity B: 2
Answer: C
