Here the center of the two circular regions is (-6, 5) which is in the 2nd quadrant of the xy plane.

So

The radius of the larger circular region that is tanget with Y-axis(90 degrees) = 6

The radius of the smaller circular region that is tangent with X-axis(90 degrees) = 5

Area of larger circle = \(π*6^2\) = 36π

Area of smaller circle = \(π*5^2\) = 25π

Difference = 36π - 25π = 11π
