The three sides are equal, they can be seen as the radii of a circle centred in Q.
Form there you can see that even if the three lines (=radii) measure the same, you can create infinite numbers of triangles inside the circle centered in Q.
Hence, the third side of each triangle could have infinite different lengths.

Angle RQS appears to be the same as angle PQS. Keeping RQ the same length, increase angle RQS to 179 degrees. Instantly you see that RS is longer than PS. Now draw it to be 1 degree, and RS is shorter. Answer D.
