if a be an edge of a cube
then the surface area= 6a^2
and the volume=a^3
therefore, the ratio of surface area and volumn= 6a^2/a^3= 6/a
now, the ratio for the cube having edge 4= 6/4
and the ratio for the cube having edge 5=6/5
since, 6/4>6/5 (A is the answer)
then the surface area= 6a^2
and the volume=a^3
therefore, the ratio of surface area and volumn= 6a^2/a^3= 6/a
now, the ratio for the cube having edge 4= 6/4
and the ratio for the cube having edge 5=6/5
since, 6/4>6/5 (A is the answer)
