Here the distance between the centre of the circle (3,2) to the point (3,0),tangent to x asis is = \(\sqrt{(3-3)^2 + (0-2)^2}\) = 2, which is the radius of the circle.

Now (x,y) is any point in this circle with radius 2, so the minimum value of x > 0

Hence option A

Bookmarks
the least possible value of x is 1 as the radius is 2. So while touching (1,2 ) point , x will be the least possible value

Now the distance between points (3,2) and (3,0) will be the radius, so radius = 2, which is the change in y axis when x remains 3.

We are looking for the least possible value of x will be the distance between center and radius 2. Thus 3-2=1
But B is 0.

Hence A is greater.
