Solution:
Here a can be a positive integer, a negative integer, zero, decimal value or fraction.
Substituting a with any positive value gives Qty A<Qty B
Substituting a with any negative value gives Qty A>Qty B
Substituting a with zero gives Qty A=Qty B

Col. A: \(10a^2\)
Col. B: \(25a^3\)
Since \(a^2\) will always be positive, we can divide both sides by \(a^2\);
Col. A: \(10\)
Col. B: \(25a\)
We can also divide both sides by \(25\);
Col. A: \(0.4\)
Col. B: \(a\)
We cannot answer the question as \(a\) could be greater than or less than or equal to \(0.4\)
So, option D
