Col. A has just \(m\), there is no \(n\)!
Alternate Approach:
Col. A: \(\frac{m + 3}{5 }\)
Col. B: \(\frac{5}{6}\)
Multiplying by \(5\) both sides;
Col. A: \(m + 3\)
Col. B: \(\frac{25}{6}\)
Subtracting \(3\) from both sides;
Col. A: \(m\)
Col. B: \(\frac{7}{6}\)
Since, \(\frac{m}{n}=\frac{2}{3}\)
We can have \(\frac{m}{n}=\frac{4}{6}=\frac{6}{9}=\frac{0.5}{0.75}=....\)
Hence, option D
