One simple way to solve is just pull out the calculator and find exact values for Qty A to determine the relation.
However, this question can also be solved without any exact calculations as
\sqrt{25} = 5; hence, \sqrt{26} > 5
\sqrt{9} = 3; hence, \sqrt{10} > 3
Since Qty A is a value > 5 + a value > 3 ; it has to be >8
Hence, Qty A is larger
