quant A: \(((51)^24)/3\) = \(((3)^24 * (17)^24 )/3\)
= \(((3)^23 * (17)^24 )\)
= \(((3)^23 * (17)^23 *17\)
= \(17*(51)^23\) = quant B
so quant A = quant B
