Good question!
We need to recognize that the information about the largest angle in each triangle is totally irrelevant.
In ANY triangle, the sum of the 3 angles will always be 180°
So, regardless of any individual angle in a triangle, we get:
Quantity A: average = (sum of all 3 angles)/3 = 180°/3 = 60°
Quantity B: average = (sum of all 3 angles)/3 = 180°/3 = 60°
Answer: C
