Suppose we have \(x\) blocks in the first stack
Then, second and third stacks will have \(2x\) and \(4x\) blocks respectively.
Total number of blocks = \(x + 2x + 4x = 7x\)
Smallest possible stack is possible when \(x = 1\), i.e. Total number of blocks are 7
