Given that \(\frac{p+q}{p}=\frac{10}{7}\)
=> \(\frac{p}{p}\) + \(\frac{q}{p}\) = \(\frac{10}{7}\)
=> 1 + \(\frac{q}{p}\) = \(\frac{10}{7}\)
=> \(\frac{q}{p}\) = \(\frac{10}{7}\) - 1 = \(\frac{10-7}{7}\) = \(\frac{3}{7}\)
=> \(\frac{p}{q}\) = \(\frac{7}{3}\)
Quantity A = \(\frac{p-q}{q}\) = \(\frac{p}{q}\) - \(\frac{q}{q}\) = \(\frac{7}{3}\) - 1 = \(\frac{7-3}{3}\) = \(\frac{4}{3}\)
Clearly Quantity B(\(\frac{5}{3 }\)) > Quantity A(\(\frac{4}{3}\))
So, Answer will be B

RHS fraction can’t be reduced any further
.: (7+3)/7 =(10/7) now q= 3
