Key property: The normal distribution is symmetric about the mean
Since the mean IQ is 100, we know that 50% of the adults have an IQ less than 100, and 50% of the adults have an IQ greater than 100.
Another words, an IQ of 100 is in the 50th percentile (aka Quantity B), which means we have:
