The correct answer is B
Useful property: If we have two inequalities such that the inequality symbols are facing the same direction, then we can safely ADD those two inequalities to get another inequality.
GIVEN:
r + s > 2t
t > s
ADD the two inequalities to get: r + s + t > 2t + s
Subtract s from both sides to get: r + t > 2t
Subtract t from both sides to get: r > t
Answer: B
