For example, xy = 35
If 35 = 5 x 7, then 35 + 5 + 7 + 1 = 48 < 49
If 35 = 35 x 1, then 35 + 35 + 1 + 1 = 72 > 49
If 35 = 5 x 7, then 35 + 5 + 7 + 1 = 48 < 49
If 35 = 35 x 1, then 35 + 35 + 1 + 1 = 72 > 49
