Quantity A: The number of prime numbers between 10 and 20

Prime numbers between 10 and 20 are 11, 13, 17, 19 => 4

Quantity B: The number of prime numbers between 30 and 40

Prime numbers between 30 and 40 are 31, 37=> 2

Clearly, Quantity A(4) > Quantity B(2)

So, Answer will be A.
