Some primes: 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41,....
There are 4 primes (11, 13, 17, and 19) between 10 and 20
There are 2 primes (31, 37) between 30 and 40
We get:
QUANTITY A: 4
QUANTITY B: 2
