The range for 3rd side is difference between the other 2sides and sum of other 2 sides.
So it can only take values greater than 1 and less than 17.
17 square is 289.
Square root of 290 is slightly greater than 17 is beyond the possible limit of 3rd side of the triangle.
Hence B is greater than A
So it can only take values greater than 1 and less than 17.

Just curious is that range inclusive? Is it 1 < x < 17 or 1 <= x <= 17 ?
