Perimeter = 2 + c + a + 2 + a + d + 2 + d + b + 2 + b + c = 2(c + 2 + d) + 2(a + 2 + b)
Notice that c + 2 + d = 4 and a + 2 + b = 4
Perimeter = 2(c + 2 + d) + 2(a + 2 + b) = 2(4) + 2(4) = 16
