For quantity A: every year has 12 months, so 7 years should have 7x12 months. Don't bother multiplying numbers in QC problems; there's a good chance some of the numbers will cancel.
For quantity B: every week has 7 days, so 12 weeks should have 12x7 days.
Since the two are the same, the answer is C.
For quantity B: every week has 7 days, so 12 weeks should have 12x7 days.
