x^2−3x−4=0 ----> x^2 - 4x + x - 4 = 0 -----> x(x-4) + 1(x+4) = 0 -----> (x-4)(x+1) = 0 ----> x = -1 or 4, but since x>0, x must be equal to 4
Option A = 3*x = 3*4 = 12
Option B = 10
