351 is div by 3 deduce from divisibility rule..use calculator...you find 13 as the highest prime factor
42 and 140 div by 7 and then 2 no more common so HCF = 14
B is greater

351 = (3)(117) = (3)(3)(39) = (3)(3)(3)(13)
So, the Largest prime factor is 13

42 = (2)(21) = (2)(3)(7)
140 = (2)(70) = (2)(2)(35) = (2)(2)(5)(7)
So, the GCF is (2)(7) = 14

Col. A: 13
Col. B: 14

Col. A < Col. B
Hence, option B
