case 1:
if we take x = 0 and y = -1
quant A : 0-(-1) = +1
quant B : (-1-0)^2 = 1
then they are equal
but if x and y are any other quantity like x =-1 and y =-2
they arent equal
so ans is D
if we take x = 0 and y = -1
quant A : 0-(-1) = +1
quant B : (-1-0)^2 = 1
then they are equal
but if x and y are any other quantity like x =-1 and y =-2
they arent equal
so ans is D
