Not sure about the "number of outcomes" wording. Outcomes can be of two types. 1. Favourable outcome 2. All Possible Outcomes. What exactly it's asking? If it's asking for the Number of "All Possible Outcomes" then Quant A would be 6*6=36 (due to double spin)

My approach was: spinner has 4 outcomes and it's spun twice, hence 4*4=16 outcomes
Then a 6-sided die is rolled, 6 outcomes more
Hence, 16+6=22 outcomes for A
Hence, chose A.
Carcass, could you please confirm if this is the correct approach? Or did I get A by a lucky fluke?
