Use numbers Bart pays 100 that means Anne pays 100(1+1.5) which equals 250. Anne's retail price is 15 percent more which is 250 (1+0.15) = 287.5 Bart's retail price is 185 percent more which is 100(1+1.85) = 285 Therefore Anne's retail price is greater than Bart's retail price.

=> \(A_w\) = \(B_w\) + \(\frac{150}{100}\)*\(B_w\) = 2.5 \(B_w\)
Anne's retail price per widget is 15 percent greater than the wholesale price she paid.
=> \(A_r\) = \(A_w\) + \(\frac{15}{100}\)*\(A_w\) = 1.15 \(A_w\) = 1.15 * 2.5 \(B_w\) = 2.85 * \(B_w\)
Bart's retail price per widget is 185 percent greater than the wholesale price he paid.
=> \(B_r\) = \(B_w\) + \(\frac{185}{100}\)*\(B_w\) = 2.85 \(B_w\)
Clearly, Quantity A ( \(A_r\) (=2.85 * \(B_w\))) > Quantity B (\(B_r\)(=2.85 \(B_w\)))
So, Answer will be A
