If you go through the prime numbers, you will first find that 5 and 13 fit the constraints of x and y. Their product is 65, which is less than 70. So is the answer B?
We can't be sure unless we check for more combinations. The next pair of primes would be 7 and 11, whose product is greater than 70, so we cannot determine without more information.
