This is really just a question about number sense and number properties.
We have:
Quantity A: (some NEGATIVE number)(some NEGATIVE number)(some NEGATIVE number)
Quantity B: (ZERO)(some number)(some number)
We get:
Quantity A: some NEGATIVE number
Quantity B: ZERO
Since zero is bigger than any negative number, the answer is B
