In Quantity A:
\(-10 - (-3)^2 = -10 - (9) = -19\)
In Quantity B:
\(-[10 + (-3)^2] = -[10 + (9)] = -19\)
Hence option C is correct!
In Quantity A:

In Quantity B:
\(-[10 + (-3)^2] = -[10 + (9)] = -19\)
