The number in the range could be either an integer or a fraction.
However, you have to think smart and use the exponents properties and fraction as well
When you rise a number to a higher exponent this number becomes bigger and bigger BUT if the same number is inside a fraction the final result is smaller and smaller
Therefore 1/x^2 aull be always greater than 1/x^4
