Since \(\frac{x}{5}\) and \(\frac{x}{6}\) are both positive integers, x needs to be a multiple of 30. Now when 30 is divided by 2 there will not be any reminder

If X/5 and X/6 are positive integers, it implies that the very least common multiple of both is 30.
A good shortcut to remember is that the only possible remainders when a number is divided by 2 are 0 and 1. 0 when the number is even and 1 when it is odd. Hence since all the possible multiples of 5 and 6 are even (30,60,90 etc) then it means that our answer must be 0 which is less than Qty B -1
