The answer is B.
Quantity A --> a + b + c = 180°
Quantity B:
d = 180° - a
e = 180° - b
f = 180° - c
--> d + e + f = (180° - a) + (180° - b) + (180° - c)
= 540° - a - b - c = 540° - (a + b + c) = 540° - 180° = 360°
Hence, quantity B is greater.
Quantity A --> a + b + c = 180°
Quantity B:
d = 180° - a
e = 180° - b
f = 180° - c
--> d + e + f = (180° - a) + (180° - b) + (180° - c)
= 540° - a - b - c = 540° - (a + b + c) = 540° - 180° = 360°
