4 yrs back ---> A = 3B
Now ---> A + 4 = 2(B + 4) ---> B = 4
A = 12, B = 4
Now A = 16 B = 8
A's percent change = 100 * (16 - 12)/12 = 33.33%
B's percent change = 100 * (8 - 4)/4 = 100 %
Quantity B > Quantity A
Now ---> A + 4 = 2(B + 4) ---> B = 4
A = 12, B = 4
Now A = 16 B = 8
A's percent change = 100 * (16 - 12)/12 = 33.33%
B's percent change = 100 * (8 - 4)/4 = 100 %

In the above solution why are we adding 4.
A + 4 = 2(B + 4) ---> B = 4 ??????????????
Just to show that in 4 years price is increased by 4?
