\(x^2-5x-6=0\)
Factor the expression into \((x-6)(x+1)=0\)
x = -1, 6
\(-y^2+3y=9y+9\)
\(y^2+6y+9=0\)
Factor the expression into \((y+3)^2=0\)
y = -3
Since both -1 and 6 are greater than -3, Quantity A is greater.
\(x^2-5x-6=0\)
Factor the expression into \((x-6)(x+1)=0\)
x = -1, 6
\(-y^2+3y=9y+9\)
