By simplifying, we get $\(x=2\)$ or $\(\frac{6}{7}\)$.
Therefore, the values of Column A $\(=4\)$ or $\(\frac{20}{7}\)$ and

Therefore, Column A > Column B.
Thus, the correct option is $\(A\)$.
