File comment: we can know that the upper triangle is an isolesce traingle and MQ bisect LN. we are told that KNLP is a square whose perimeter is 128. thus, one of the side is 32. We should know the height of the upper is 12. thus MQ= 44.

KLNP is a square and its perimeter is 128, so each side of it equals 32.
LMN is an equilateral triangle, LN is parallel to KP and MQ is a vertical line dividing LN to two equal parts in the middle point of LM that we call it H.
So we have MH^2 + LH^2 = ML^2 -> MH= 12
MQ = MH + HQ = 12 + 32 = 44
So A is bigger than B
