If you take the minimal price the ticket can have, i.e. 15.01$, quantity A is (2/3)*15.01 - 10 = 0.006$, while quantity B is [(3*15.01)-10]/5 = 7.006. Thus, quantity B is greater.
Then, if you take a ticket costing 1000$, quantity A becomes (2/3)*1000 - 10 = 656.67$, while quantity B is [(3*1000)-10]/5 = 598$. Thus, quantity A is greater.
Then the answer is D!
