TOTAL number of marbles = 2 + 4 + 6 = 12
P(green marble) = 6/12
P(yellow or blue marble) = (2 + 4)/12 = 6/12
We get:

Since the quantity is the same 4+2 = 6 and green are 6, the probability is the same. The answer is C.
