In the given Box and Whisker Plot we need to find the number of values between (first and second quartile) and (third quartile and max value)

Quantity A: Number of data elements between first quartile and median
A Box and Whisker plot is divided into four parts with 25% of values in each part.
Min to \(Q_1\) => 25% of the values \(Q_1\) to \(Q_2\) or Median => 25% of the values \(Q_2\) or Median to \(Q_3\) => 25% of the values \(Q_3\) to Max => 25% of the values
=> 25% values are there between \(Q_1\) and Median or \(Q_2\)
Quantity B: Number of data elements between third quartile and max
=> 25% values are there between \(Q_3\) and Max
Clearly, Quantity A(25%) > Quantity B(25%)
So, Answer will be C Hope it helps!
