simplify qty B:
\(\frac{4^13}{4^6}\) can be expressed as \(4^7\)
and \(5^4 * 5^3\) can be expressed as \(5^7\)
Hence qty B = \(4^7 * 5^7\) = \((4*5)^7\) = \(20^7\)
qty A = qty B
