Quantity A: n(n - 1)
Quantity B: n²
Expand Quantity A:
Quantity A: n² - n
Quantity B: n²
Subtract n² from both quantities:
Quantity A: -n
Quantity B: 0
Add n to both quantities:

Quantity B: n
Since we're told \(n>0\) (n is greater than 0), the correct answer is B.
