Here;
\(\frac{4}{5}\) = 0.8
SO percentage of 0.8 will be always < 0.8 (Since 0.8% = \(\frac{0.8}{100}\)= 0.008 )
Hence statement 2 >Statement 1

ASIDE: k% = k/100
So, for example: 8% = 8/100 = 0.08
15% = 15/100 = 0.15
123% = 123/100 = 1.23
So, 4/5 % = (4/5)/100 = 0.8/100 = 0.008
We get:
QUANTITY A: 0.008
QUANTITY B: 0.8
Answer: B
