Answer has to 4 do not forget to include 1 and 129 with 43 and 3.

this number is small so you can count but some are not easy to count. Systematic approach: this question is the same as asking how many distinct factors of 129. First do prime factorization: 129 = 3x43. 3 has power of 1, and 43 has power of 1 => # of distinct factors = (1+1)x(1+1)=4
