Prior change the average is 128 for 4 products. Hence total sum = 128*4 = 512
However, there was a mistake $12 should be added to make the new sum 524 and the new average = 524/4 = $131

Instead of $164, it will be $176 for pens.
So, 512 - 164 + 176 = 524
