Area of the rectangle= length * breadth.
Area of the rectangle ABCD = (x+5) (x-5)
45 = ( x+5) (x-5)
Solving, we get,
x =square root of 70.
Area of square EFGH = x square
= square root of 70 square
= 70
Thus, the answer is E.
