Multiplying 1st equation by 3 and 2nd equation by 5, we will get
-15x+6y=27
15x-20y=-20
adding both
y=-1/2, then 10y = -5
Adding the value of y in 1st equation
x = -2, then 7x = -14
7x+10y = -14-5 = -19.
Hence A
