\(2^4 = 16\)
So, \(-\frac{1^{3}}{2^{4}}=(-1)(\frac{1^{3}}{2^{4}})\)
\(=(-1)(\frac{1}{16})\)
\(=-\frac{1}{16}\)
Now check the answer choices.....
E) \(\frac{(-1)^{5}}{4^{2}}=\frac{-1}{16}=-\frac{1}{16}\)
Answer: E
