total time = x
so 1st half distance = 80*x/2 ; 40x
and 2nd half distance= 40*x/2 ; 20 x
so total distnace = 60 x
and total speed = 60x/x ; 60
D is the answer
so 1st half distance = 80*x/2 ; 40x

so total distnace = 60 x
and total speed = 60x/x ; 60
