Since the rectangle is cut into two square's so each sqaure have a length of 10,
Now the area inscribed in one square = \(\frac{1}{2} * base * Altitude\) = \(\frac{1}{2} * 10 * 10\)(base = altitude = 10, since it is a square) = 50
