#GREpracticequestion In Figure 1, y =.jpg

In Figure 1, \(y = \sqrt{3}x\) and \(z =2x\). What is the ratio \(p : q : r\) in Figure 2?

(A) \(1 : 2 : 3\)

(B) \(\sqrt{3} : 1 : 2\)

(C) \(1 : \sqrt{\frac{3}{2}} : 1\)

(D) \(2 : \sqrt{3} : 1\)

(E) \(3 : 2 : 1\)

It follows the 30-60-90 Special Right Triangle rule wherein root3:1:2 is the answer.
