When evaporation happens, only the water is evaporated and the weight of pulp remains same
Before Evaporation,
Pulp Weight = 1 pound
Water weight = 99 pounds
After evaporation,
Pulp Weight = 1 pound = 2% of the overall weight.
Water Weight = 49 pounds = 98% of the overall weight
New weight = 50 pounds
