There is no salt in the additional gallons of water that needs to be mixed with 1 gallon of salt solution.
If x is the amounts of gallons of water to be mixed, then the mixture equation is as follows:
(0.15)*(1) + (0)*(x) = (0.1)*(1+x)
0.05 = 0.1x
x = 0.5
